Oh it isn't your fault. I just wish things were easier. I wonder if there is a way to find out which field office has your case, or whether it is gathering dust at the NBC.

I haven't gone down that route yet ,I dont want to clog up the systems to be told that they are within processing times and they have no update and that is undoubtedly be the answer. However a few people have enquired on here and have been fobbed off.

Poor ntherman has had a teleconference and made a couple of enquiries to no avail. One guy on here made a info pass a couple of pages before this one I think page 101 or 102, but he had been waiting nearly a year from sending the forms. He had a meeting in Pittsburgh on Feb 12th to be told his case was not at his local office but in Florida, which he suspected as correspondence with them had ended with FL for Florida. I think if you decide to ring up you will get a tier 1 person who will tell you that you are still within processing times and I suspect, but not sure it will probably get slower due to the DACA due for processing from the 18th, They are understaffed and overworked by all accounts and its annoying and upsetting for everyone!

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

My friend, you are scaring me. So to be extremely clear is everybody getting an interview waiver or a selected few for X reasons (help me understand X reasons). According to the timeline I am expecting an interview letter to come into the mail in the next month or so. Are my expectations correct or am I way off. Any advise is great. Thanks

The majority are getting letters, which delay it by over 6 months, however you can get a waiver letter and still subsequently go for an interview. If you get an interview and no letter you will get your GC a lot quicker.

Shoot! I was hoping on signing in today and seeing some more approvals. Looks like were not moving again. I hope I am wrong and people with approvals have not had time to let us know about them.

Nothing going to happen today as its a holiday!

Here's what happens when you call, you give your Receipt number, they do the usual and read off your online tracking notice and then you tell them you received the Waiver letter stating a 6 month delay which has now passed, they'll ask for your State and Zip code and then look up your local offices processing times and tell you it's within processing times, we all know these are getting sent off to OTHER field offices, but Tier 1's don't know this apparently, and I've had this same response at least 8 times, I haven't called in a month and I refuse to call anymore because it gets you nowhere

From what I can gather you are more likely to get an interview if they feel they need to make more enquiries regarding your marriage.

The US seems to have too many holidays that only affects government workers, if you're gonna have a holiday at least give us all the day off ;)

In your case Natonstan I really feel although you dont, that your case is at Dallas because of your reference number and the insight given by Plato regarding his info pass, but if you ring up they will still say the same thing as although the queue at Dallas is a month before you sent off your forms and should be on your month now, they will go by the December figures and you wont get any where in particular again! Let's hope that there is more info tomorrow ,I wait with anticipation regarding your letter

That so true its like a day off every month, whereas my husband hardly gets any time off from work. Not like our 21 days and 7 or 8 bank holidays unfortunately.

So we got to the field office. Very friendly lady requested infopass printout and my DL license. She admitted there was a backlog and k1 aos cases have been sent out to other Uscis field offices for adjudication. turns out my case is at the West Palm beach field office, just as the letter i got for my service inquiry had indicated.

K1 AOS are sent to your local field office if an interview is required or, you get registered as a permanent resident if your case is approved at the remote field office it . she said.

Been meaning to ask what is an remote office field? That part confuses me Im afraid.

If someone was going to get an PIW... is there a normal timeframe of receiving that? I ask because most people get that interview waiver within 3 months of submitting their AOS package. Who here has received a PIWL after like 4-6 months?!

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

The majority of AOS applicants deriving from the K1 visa get the dreaded NPIW letter. If USCIS sees reason to doubt your case, then you'll get an interview.
