The person did an info pass due to the length of wait, which was at his local field office Pittsburgh. However, his reference number that has been received indicated Florida and his case is being dealt with at the field office in Florida! Some cases will still be collecting dust at Missouri, the others ones will be at field offices, if you get any correspondence and you see letters at the end for example DAL, (dallas) Fl (florida), you will know where your case is, however if you are like me and receive no update, or no correspondence other than a waiver letter you will still be clueless. Hope that clarifies for you! :)

Thank you for your answer. Now It's clear to me. I just like you that I did not receive any update expect a waiver letter a long way from Sept.

Congratulations. The biggest gift for 2/14. They still process the March filers. I really hope they can go fast then go to April, then May.....

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On February 13, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC**********2, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application. If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

I was not sure if they are talking about the green card since they usually write we mailed you a welcome notice but I didn't request any other card. I had to call to make sure so that I don't get excited for nothing but tier one said it is my husbands green card!!!!!!!!!!!!

So finally the long wait is over thank god!!!!!!

Our PIWL is dated July 10th and we live in southern California but I know our case was transferred to Detroit Field office. :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

Congrats. USCIS is so weird, Detroit is my local office but they are backed up so I am getting a NPIW, however they are processing California residents.

You had a long wait, but finally you'll get your card!

I guess patience pays off, ultimately...CONGRATULATIONS to both of you 10 1/2 months is a charm. Strong work. I'd say we're green with envy, but i can't cuz we haven't gotten any green yet to be green with anything :) ...Hope things continue as they are; though ddym with a 3/14 NOA is disturbing

Congratulations, now you can chill for a year or so before you get on the gravy train again for ROC! I doubt you will have problems with your EAD, you will probably receive that, with the long waits, when you actually apply for ROC. (sorry couldn't resist the sarcasm about delays). Happy for you!
