My wife is heading to the consulate in Shanghai Monday for a visitor visa, we are in the middle of i-130 petition and we have been upfront in the application form. I understand the odds are not with us, but we have been seperated for a while and I won't have any vacation days until end of the year.


She is bringing a copy of i-130 receipt, bank statement, and a letter from her job so the interviewer know she will go back within 20 days. She is also bringing a copy of wedding invitation that she is supposed to go in July (she was turned back on port of entry because we are married and that time she couldn't provide enough evidence that she has strong ties to China) Is there anything else she needs to bring so it will increase her odds?
