the I-134 form affidavit of support they dont ask those W2 1040 tax form ,statement of saving account are those really required during interview? thank you...

Depends on the Consulate/Embassy as to what they require. If you read the instructions for the I-134 there is a statement that the Embassy/COnsulate may follow the guidelines for the I-864 which IS required for when you file for AOS (Adjustment of status). There is also the debate that for teh I0134 you may only need to meet 100% of the poverty guidelines, but for the I-864 you MUST meet 125%.

The wisdom here on VJ is to complete the I-134 as if it were the I-864 as you will need to file the I-864 soon after getting married. So it is recommended that you include the employment letter, letter from your bank, tax transcripts from the last 3 years, and a few pay stubs to show current income. Make copies so you can resend this information when comleting the I-864. Note that the instructions for the I-134 is for only the first two items unless self-employed. Tax transcripts are free from teh IRS and you will need them for the I-864 so why not include them and pay stubs are easy to copy so again why not include them.

You only are required to submit a letter from your employer and a letter from your bank per the instructions. The purpose of the I-134 is to show that the intending immigrant will not become a public charge. But as I said before, each Consulte/Embassy is different and the PI is one of the more strict on income issues and evidence.

Good luck,

Dave

They are not required but its good if you have them all just incase. We only gave 1098 tax return for 2012 and 2 paystubs from July and August. They only need something to prove the income you put on1-134 is correct which can be eaither bank statements, paystubes, w-2 forms, income tax retuns, leter from employment, savings accout or checking accout information. You do not have to provide all of them, as long as you provide at least two of the requirement you be fine.

Although it didn't say it's must or required, it stated that 'You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.' Item N, page 3 of 9. It was asked when Mike had his interview and so I say, better have it ready than be sorry.

You will not be getting a visa from the U.S. Embassy Manila if you don't submit your petitioner's current income tax return/ transcript, current W-2, and current paycheck stubs (at a minimum).
