anyone here is waiting for the CASE COMPLETE?

waiting for the case complete AOS and IV already submit at NVC end of the month of AUG.

any idea ? what is the possible month of interview?

while waiting for the case complete, I let my mom to have a advance medical at st luke next week.

Timeline for my Mother

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

got my case complete last week.. docs in general are taking about three weeks to review give or take.

Hey they have my papers since aug 21 and im waiting for a case complete I call daily and rhey say the same thing"20 days"

you have to witte about 20 bisness days, if you didnot get notification, you can send email to nvc to update your case.

they are now quoting 30 business days

you finding any folk in the PORTAL section, the timelines for yer visa type, or no? That's how I find China-specific filers.

Sure, ya gotta click on the 'extended' clickie thing to see other NVC timeticks, then to sort, but it's very useful.

Best done on a PC, IMO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You guys I have been calling the NVC everyday lol- we sent in our AOS package on August 23rd and they received it on the 26th. They are now telling me it will take 30 bleeping business days to even review the case- it has not been touched yet. I am dying here! So my hopes for an October interview date are completely dashed now. Ugh...

May 8:2013: noa2

June 3 2013: case received at NVC

August 26 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Sept 19 2013: case complete

October 1 2013: interview date received from NVC

You guys I have been calling the NVC everyday lol- we sent in our AOS package on August 23rd and they received it on the 26th. They are now telling me it will take 30 bleeping business days to even review the case- it has not been touched yet. I am dying here! So my hopes for an October interview date are completely dashed now. Ugh...

it doesn't really take the 30 business days, they just say that so you will leave them alone

reviews should be taking 4 weeks give or take

So does that mean there is still hope for an October interview or are we looking at November? My congressman said he would try to expedite the interview once the case reaches the embassy- doubt it but who knows.

no way to know from here

you are best scrolling through recent interviews at the embassy in question and look up their case complete-interview timing.

I will be trying for an earlier interview appointment when mine is issued as well but I will be contacting the embassy directly

yah me i send all decoment on 1 aug 2013,

and i send emil to nvc to update my case i get checklist, about aos, and also ask me to send civil decoment which i ready send it?
