RFE after transfer to TSC...need some advice

They touch our case after they transfer to TSC from VSC last Aug 6 but it is RFE so sad:(

Any idea what are the usual evidence they need pls. give me some words ;( and How long they will process the rfe? and how long it will takes to receive rfe hardcopy TIA

Request for Evidence

On September 5, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Need to hear specific details about the RFE request in order to make recommendations. As noted in many RFE-threads, a prompt reply with the requested information shouldn't delay you too much.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

You will need to wait for the hardcopy so you would know what evidence they needed from you. Everything should be fine. Here's the positive side, your case was touched and as soon you send the RFE back, it will be processed without notice. Goodluck!

We received the hard copy of rfe and they asked for 2x2 pic of the petitioner which is we already send it to them in the packet they ask for ordinary cloths to wear in the pic instead of formal wear... OMG i don't believe in that so simple issue they keep us waiting and make us so worried.. I don't know if i will hate them or what. Anyway, thank God for not making our rfe so hard. God is so good all the time. We reply for rfe sept 12. In US and we are Waiting for response review.

Yup...you want to wear "normal street attire" for passport photos. That's an easy fix for your RFE.
