Ok now ive calmed down... lol.

What happens now? How can i tell its gone to NVC?

I have already got my police certificate, (well i had to do somethig in the 6 months wait from hell).

What should i have ready? Just general info would be great!

You should now receive a letter from the NVC giving you your Case # and they will inform you which Consulate your case is being sent to.

Then, when the Consulate receives your case, they will send the non-US citizen fiance "Packet 3", which will give you information about what you need to fax to them, and what you need to gather for the interview. There should be a checklist that you fax into them after you have gathered everything required. This will generated Packet 4, which gives you your interview date.

Hey Lizzy! You are just like me now! I was thinking... okay... now what?! It's weird not having to check e-mail or go to the USCIS site every 5 minutes!!!

From what I know, we need to wait till next week. Give CSC about 3 or so days to mail it to the NVC. Then, we can call the following number in NH: (603 334-0700). It's automated and will ask for your receipt number. If they have received your case, they will tell you the status. If they have no information, it's not there yet.

Once they send it to DHL, then you can check the DHL site to see when they ship it to the consulate that will handle your case. Then it's another couple of days wait until it is entered into their system. After that is when I plan on having Chutima mail in ther DS-230 Part 1 and other required paperwork. She will be getting her medical, police certificate, and paying the visa fee next week.
