Why isn't part 7 filled out?

It is only filled out(Q2.a and further) if the applicant is overseas and will receive the document overseas.

Part 3 question 5 should not be checked.

Part 4 should not be filled.

There is bold black text under Part 3 questions 3 and 4 that says "If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to Part 7;" (actually, on the old I-131 form, this text is between Part 3 question 3 and question 4, so that means Part 3 question 4 should also not be filled; but on the new form, the positioning makes it seem like question 4 is still to be filled.)

What version of Adobe do you have? Maybe I should print the form to an un-editable version to be safe? Same for them all.

Ok try this version. I "flattened" it so it is no longer editable (maybe a good thing for the example form)?

Can you try updating (if you have an old version) to the latest Adobe Reader and viewing the example form (in post one) that you had issues with?

I can see the boxes in the new one.

Lots of people won't have the latest versions of things so I would think that a more fool-proof version would have more value to more people. But, your choice.

The reason I want to check is so I know what version you are using (if it is not viewing right). Also, if you can upgrade then I can confirm it views correctly on the latest version.

I assume you are using adobe reader (and not a third party viewer).

Both versions you posted work for me. I have the latest version, Adobe Reader XI(11.0.3). It looks correct to me from what I saw.

I know several people have complained that the example forms show up blank for them. If the second version you posted makes them visible to everyone, then I would say take that route for all the example form updates.
