OK, so I was touched yesterday!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAY!!!!! :dance:

I'm so happy, I know it's just the beginning but it's exciting!!!!!

So, I sent my petition to TSC and it was still shipped to CSC. It was received on 2/15/2006 so I guess they're still forwarding the petitions to California (just in case anyone was still wondering). So, does that mean that I will not receive an RFE for anything or is it possible I still might? Now I will start working on the I-134, etc., etc. Thanks to all of you, you have been so helpful and so supportive of everyone and everything!!!!!!

Your title just says received NOA, is this NOA1 or NOA2? I would assume NOA1 because you only sent your petition a few days ago. If so, this is just a receipt saying they have your package. They have not even begun processing it so you can receive an RFE, the NOA1 means nothing else than they have your package. Once you have your NOA2 then you will be past receiving RFE's from CSC, but there are still potentials for bumps in the road at the other places your petition goes. Good luck and hopefully you won't get an RFE!

NOA 1 is still a nice thing to get. Now you have that recpt. no you can sign up for updates through Email etc. And your fiance now has an A number to refer to! (you can tease her I was calling mine alien for a week lol)

This would be your first big wait. The wait for that approval noa2. but hey be happy with each little step that takes you closer :D Good luck on dodging RFE's I'm sure you'll be fine-

Sorry, I was responding back to every single reply...... yes, it's feels GREAT, even though I know it's only the beginning, it feels good to know that at least it's in process. I'm crossing my fingers for no RFE, but I am prepared for it, just in case... that way, I'm not so dissapointed when I get one! LOL Thanks so much to all of you for your well wishes!!!
