NOA1: Sept 10th

Bio: Oct 3rd... Now let's see how soon we'll get EAD/AP combo. Vacation/honeymoon time!! :-)

Been looking at July, Aug threads.

It seems like 2 months pretty consistently.

Production is 2 months after delivery, receipt is 2 months from NOA1.

I'm talking +/-

57...68.... Days

With my bio behind me I can't believe I have to just sit and await for my next item. It's hurry up and wait.

Even though I'm thinking 1st half of Dec EAD/AP, I can't keep from checking everyday.

Early Aug has hit but I am last of Sept!

Everyone please post their progress :-)

I see you did an early walk-in for biometrics, did you see any changes on your cases here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp ??

I did an early walk-in 20 days before I was scheduled on Oct 4 and haven't seen any update in my portfolio. It's frustrating as I have read rare instances where people received their EAD unexpectedly a few days after their bio.. Oh well.. The waiting is driving me crazy and I'm burning through my savings. DC is not a cheap place to live *lol*

Awesome congrats. Would be nice to have a quick AP here too. But even if is AP approved, is your EAD card not the evidence you need for travel? Until then is no glory.

EAD = Work authorization, has nothing to do with travel, that's what Advance Parole is for. USCIS sometimes issues both in the form of one combined card, but it can issue AP only in paper form and you can travel with either (combo card or paper AP) just the same.

I hope you see changes on your statuses soon, that will mean i'll probably be seeing them on mine too :P this waiting is not something i would go through again.

Sure... So you think you will receive the paper AP approval immediately as opposed to their waiting on EAD approval and sending you a single card for both?
