CONGRATULATIONS to everyone that's finished with this process!

Am I the only September filer left?

Sorry you seem to be waiting a long time. Have you received an interview waiver yet? It looks like your field office in Denver is behind a bit. Patience grasshopper.

I'm still waiting. What is causing your delay?

Your timeline hasn't been filled in, so no one can make an educated guess. Have you received the interview waiver? Where is your field office located?

The Denver field office is just slow

No, we haven't received the interview waiver letter. Our status changed to Testing and Interview in mid-October. We just called and put in a service request today, so hopefully we'll hear something in the next 30 days. To be honest, it's only starting to annoy us because we want to plan a vacation (domestic), but we're afraid to book flights because we think an interview will be soon. It wouldn't be very fun if we book plane tickets and then got notice that the interview would be during that week.

I hear ya. I wanted to take my wife up to Canada when we were married, but then found out we needed a visa for Canada before she got her GC. Thank God we're good to go now...the wait is frustrating though.

My field office - San jose california

We had our interview on 27th jan and received NOID 2 weeks after because the civil surgeon forgot to fill out the i693 properly. Its been 1 month since we sent the correctly filled out i693 :(

well, if you've supplied the paperwork that they asked for, go and get an infopass. Speak to an immigration rep and ask what the status of things are. Bring a copy of the i693 you submitted.

They received my application september 27, 2013 and got my potential interview waiver last jan 21, 2014. Is there anyone here who got a letter too and still waiting? Im so tired of waiting

i am waiting, got my letter in December (noa1 10 sept). Its kind of annoying that some who recevied waiver letter much later already got their cards.

Just noticed you're also from Orlando!

Had out Info pass session today. The officer who helped us just put a stamp on the NOID copy we had taken and told us we will get it in 30days. I feel like this is a standard response they give. Which was the exact same thing they told us 30days before. The officer said the Director has to stamp the case to approve it and he was in an interview and Director told her that he would approve it. Some how this does not make me very happy cause I feel like they will forget our case and we will return for another info pass session in 30days

AOS was received April 2nd! Got potential interview waiver letter last August. Yes! We are still waiting at almost a year. If you guys from September get approved without interview anytime soon, consider yourselves the lucky ones. Tired of waiting is an understatement for us...

Yeah, so this makes me feel siily for complaining! Did you guys have to get updated EAD?

I came back to this thread to report that the service request last week must have worked. Today we received notification that our interview is scheduled for April 17th, 7 months after filing.
