Outstanding!!! I'm not far behind you as far as date filed goes, but I think I'll be waiting longer. Cleveland USCIS field office is not known for their haste.

Oh yeah, it's surprisingly fast here in AZ.. probably because they have larger offices/manpower to handle immigrants from bordering countries like Mexico, though I can't say the same about California. I heard it takes a long time in New York too. Hope you get yours soon though!! :)

August 3, 2013 = Got married!

August 29, 2013 = Mailed application for Adjustment of Status

September 7, 2013 = Received NOA1

October 1, 2013 = Biometrics done.

November 20, 2013 = Scheduled interview.

December 2, 2013 = Green Card received! The letter said they approved my application on Nov 22.

Yeah, I hope so to. It's a big hurdle to be sure. I am VERY thankful she's finally here after 10 months of paper pushing USCIS style. 5 months here already!! Time certainly flies when you're having fun!!

Congrats! What did they ask you in the interview?

Thanks! Pretty much the same questions I was asked when they interviewed me for the K-1. Like how we met, how many times my husband went to the Philippines, etc. We waited in queue for more or less 2 hours and the interview took less than 5 minutes!

Yeah...we're still waiting. According to the processing times on the USCIS website, we'll be waiting until probably March or April. I wanted to take my wife up to Canada too...guess I'll have to apply for a visa to get her there.

Mine is still in Acceptance since September 26. Case didn't even change to Testing and Interviewing... I guess that I will be waiting a little bit longer that people who got their interview date. But the most important thing is that I'm with my hubby... ;)

Congratulations. I wish the USCIS worked as late as the USPS in North Dakota. ;-)

At this stage it's just stupid waiting and stupid questions...

Delivery was scheduled for December 4, but the USPS didn't make it because of weather and the next day they again didn't make it, so that evening around 8 the UPS came and delivered my EAD ! I don't know how is that possible, but I'm glad I finally got my EAD. :)
