So this morning, I found out from my fiance that his xrays are cloudy. The doctors told him there that he will have to have a three days worth of test and that he might not make his interview appointment in Mumbai. So my question is, What will happen if he goes to the interview with a partial medical done since we have to wait for the results, or should he reschedule his appointment?

They will approve pending the results of the medical in some cases.

He'll get 221(g) reason medical report not submitted.

He got his medical report, but he has to have more test done. So if he gets a 221g, how much will this delay for an approval if they do approve?

depends

if it is more tests for something that are outside of concerns for the us cdc, then it is fine

if they are more tests to confirm there are no cdc concerns, then yes it will create a delay until the medical is approved by the panel doc
