Subject:-Packet 3 & Packet 4 not received.

Dear Sir/Madam

Our case number for K1 visa is "NW******" it got transfered from NVC on Aug-10-2013, according to USCIS packet 3 and packet 4 was dispatched on AUG-21-2013 from New Delhi to the destination.

But It has been 16 days and it has not been received. Will you please give us the tracking number to track packet 3 and packet 4.

You are requested to send packet 3 and packet 4 in email if nothing could be done about the mail sent through New Delhi embassy because it's mandatory for medical examination.
