Here is my experience.

We live in Austin so drove to San antonio. we left home 3 hr before the appt. Got there 1.5 hr early. We went thru the security 45 min before the interview. The waiting room was almost full. We got our call 10 min before the actual interview time. The IO was nice. Interview lasted about 30-40 min. First he went thru our ids and oath then asked us a few questions about my timeline since I graduated college. Then he asked us about our relationship. and about our family. Seemed like he had a list in his head and knew what he was doing. He didn't ask to show us anything except ids. He had my whole file in front of him. Then he saw our old lease and we talked about buying a house and adopting kids. Overall the interview wasn't stressful and I was much relieved. The IO was great didn't ask us any uncomfortable questions. Then he stamped my passport and gave that back to me but kept my EAD card. Said we were approved and I should get my EAD in 10 days.

It was a memorable moment of my life. Last 4-5 months.
