No siggy required but the last name in which the card is being issued should be on the mailbox. Technically USPS is not supposed to deliver USCIS material to a mailbox that does not have a matching name on it.

Mine was left in the mailbox, no signature required and no name on the mailbox either.

There are no markings on the card envelope that would indicate it's from USCIS (no USCIS logo like on notices). It's just a blank envelope that comes from Lee's Summit.

There is a person in the August forum from Tampa that had their interview already. They almost had no wait at all. I really would like to know why some of us wait so long and others don't, even though we live in the same state.

I don't understand. I have seen some people from South Florida on this site that have already had their interviews and they filed weeks after we did. Not sure why some cases take longer than others.
