Same sex couple here. went to testing and interview on Oct 29th. hopefully get my interview in dec 2nd week. haven't heard anything about EAD/AP. checking the USCIS website case status every 3-4 hr

biometrics done oct 21st

Same here:) checking online for the EAD card. Have the feeling that i will probably get it couple day prior the interview. Hopefully tonorrow morning i will get a good news.:)

some ppl get ead/ap really early. guess I have to wait another 3-4 weeks to hear from them.

MY EAD and travel docs approved. I hope i won't have any problem at interview. My University's Dean told me last week that my F1 status was terminated since I dropped classes in spring 2013. I could have re-applied to enroll in University right after that but they did not mention me anything about my status. I took classes in summer and taking now for fall quarter too. How could they allowed me to register for classes if i was out of status. Now they are telling me that I had lost my F1 status since then..its bullshit. I sent them all of my receipts from USCIS today. Is it going to impact my interview? any suggestions? My petitions has been approved without any RFE...I don't understand this.

Perhaps it's just me, but i have been noticing a slight correlation in waiting times for interviews and early walk in biometrics.

Is it possible that people who did the walk in ahead of their actual appointment date have been getting their EAD/AP earlier, but are having to wait longer for their interviews?

I didn't do an early walk-in for my biometrics. I followed the scheduled appointment. My AOS timeline changed to testing/interview on October 1st, and I'm still waiting for an interview date.
