Nope no date still. Hopefully it won't take too long. Im still anxiously awaiting my EAD to be approved. I cant wait to get my social and start working!!! (And move out of the in-laws house... lol)

Thanks for letting me know about the RFE thing. Im quite surprised we didn't get an one. I was sure we messed up the joint sponsor stuff.

I think you are in Florida as well and we have a similar timeline. Unfortunately, I have been in this stage for almost 30 days. It seems unfair that we have to wait that long only because we live in Florida but that is something we have to live with. I was hoping to get my Green Card before Christmas but this thought is slowly but surely disappearing. Hang in there!

I think you are in Florida as well and we have a similar timeline. Unfortunately, I have been in this stage for almost 30 days. It seems unfair that we have to wait that long only because we live in Florida but that is something we have to live with. You're right, Denglish30. Florida seems to be very busy and the wait times are long in our state.

All we can do is be patient. Sometimes I wish the process could speed up.

Anyway, let's hang in there. I am sure our interviews are coming soon. good.gif

when did u file? put ur timeline in ur signature so we can see how ur process is moving

I sent the application on 9/6/2013 and NOA1 is dated 9/10/2013, and up until now I still don't have my biometrics schedule.

It has been over a month since I received my NOA1 and still has no biometrics schedule. Is it possible to do a walk-in even without an appointment letter?

We had the sametime line !, But im waiting for my appointment, my status changed to testing and interview on the web page this monday..My package was received on USCIS on 9/3 .. but in my case i did received an RFE for my Afidavid..

Thanks for updating. Im willing to Guess my appointment will be scheduled for Dic 2 or Dic 4 (after thanksgiving.)

Im also trying to Guess why im not guetting text messages with Updates about my case... Any Clue?
