I am a September filer too. unfortunately I still dont have my biometrics appointment. anyone here with the same problem?

K1 Visa: I-129F sent: 12/12/2012; NOA1: 12/19/2013; NOA2: 4/15/2013; Interview: 6/19/2013, Approved; US entry: 7/23/2013; Wedding: 8/12/2013

EAD: I-765 sent: 9/6/2013; NOA1: 9/10/2013

AOS: I-485 sent: 9/6/2013; NOA1: 9/12/2013

09/13/2013 )Day 1) - Delivered to USCIS Chicago
09/17/2013 (Day 5) - Received USCIS Acceptance texts and emails
09/18/2013 (Day 6) - checks cashed
09/21/2013 (Day 9) - NOA hardcopies received
09/25/2013 (Day 13) - Biometrics Letter arrived. Scheduled for Oct 11
10/11/2013 (Day 29) - Biometrics Appointment completed
10/17/2013 (Day 35) - Text and email received, status changed to "testing and interview"
10/24/2013 (Day 42) - text and email received, "we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for November 26, 2013"

I just got text and email to say my i-485 status has been changed to testing and inteview!

My i-130 and my EAD still say initial review though.

OMG we have very similar time lines!!!! I had my Biometrics done on the 11th too,but so far nothing...my case status has not changed at all.and I never received any texts/email updates other than the ones I got for the initial acceptance of my package!

as for ur I130 online status-it will stay on "initial review" until u complete ur interview..so dont worry about it

I did a walk-in today at the Orlando office and it went great. I got there around 3pm and was out 20 minutes later. Everyone was very nice.

Good luck...I had the same experience as you a couple of weeks ago, at the same location. Unfortunately, I have been in the testing & interview stage for 3 weeks now and nothing has changed ever since. Orlando is one of the busiest offices in the country. Hopefully we don't have to wait "that" long!

My I-485 is on Acceptance. The EAD and AP are on Initial Review. I'll let you guys know of any changes!

So, having completed my move to Chicago (found an apartment in only a few days!) I have dutifully notified USCIS of my address change using the online tool. It was pretty easy to enter all of my applications (I even updated the 'completed' ones for my I-765/I-131).

We'll see how it plays out. I'm still waiting for the I-485 to move. Will let you know how/if it delays anything.

Biometrics done this morning, after being turned away because I didn't have any ID with married name on it, so had to drive home to get my marriage certificate, I think they should specify that on the letter....in my package I clearly stated my maiden and previous married last name on them....Oh well at least I got them done!
