Wow everybodys process is moving pretty fast.good for you guys..I'm the only one in this group who's case is moving so slow :(

Did anyone receive emails,or text about your biometrics apt?or do they do that only for the initial acceptance of the package? I do not trust the post office services since two of my noas were not delivered to me

Did my walk-in biometrics today. Staff were generally friendly, the tech asked why I was there early and I just explained I was in the area and hoped to get it taken care of today. She took my biometrics but did not seem very happy about doing it early. One less thing to worry about. smile.png

Interesting... After receiving a notice that my EAD card was ordered for production on October 3rd, I received an email telling me the case was reopened and a letter would describe next steps. I got another email later telling me the card was ordered for production October 4th, then a 4th email telling me the case was re-opened. Current website status is case-reopened/post-Decison activity.

Perhaps they are matching your AP application to your EAD application, and realized you now need a combo card? (Was it you who filed your AP application after your initial AOS application? I might be thinking of someone else...)

That's a good point! Maybe you are correct. The AP is in post-decision status but not in card production but I heard it usually doesn't move beyond that stage. We'll see. It was quite fast... Maybe it was too good to be true :)

Thanks,I'm trying to stay positive an be patient but its not oin too good lol...n to add to my frustration yesterday my i485 online status said card production,and my I 130 -change of address successful.I did.t change my adsress or never re,eived a biometrics apt yet...After 30mins on the phone with uscis they finally told me to ignore everything that I see on their website as far as my ststus..

My whole case process is frustrating and stressing me out,....

Does anyone know the average wait after testing and interview update until we actually receive an interview date? Is it really highly dependent on the field office? I am in Orlando and it seems to be a slow and very busy field office. I hope I don't have to wait forever for an interview date.
