Hello all,

Got home yesterday to find a stack of goodies from my home country on the island in our kitchen. My hubs had surprised me and bought a bunch of stuff through a company that imports goodies. The chocolates, cookies (biscuits as we call them), chutney - oh my gosh it was divine! :P

Helped get rid of some cravings for 'proper' chocolate!

It's not so much the miles we have travelled as the journey we have taken.

Hummingbird Hearts: An online community for transplanted ladies who have left their countries to join their partners or significant others with whom they have been in a long distance relationship.

You haven't given much info to go on, but are the goodies from the UK? We found a place in Nashville that has several international items. We have also found a few items at our grocery store in the next town.

03/10/06-received EAD in post and passed driving test (Wow what a day)

07/26/06-AOS Interview---APPROVED!!!!!!

07/31/06-received 'Welcome to America' Letter

08/07/06-received Green card in post wooooooooohoooooooo

03/30/09-received approval to remove conditions!
