Many say visa even when talking about the petition process, commonly done... when in doubt the timeline helps.

got approved already at the embassy today.. and im just wondering what next? what about the $165 fee before fly to usa? for what?

Did you complete CFO? If not you will have to attend that and get the sticker before flying. (there is CFO info in my link below)

There is a $165 fee to be paid yet, but from what I read you can delay paying that until in the states if need be. Not paying now will delay you getting your green card.

I already have CFO certificate, just waiting for the visa and get the sticker to CFO.

how to pay $165 here, do i need any form? and where to pay?
