EB-5 visa for family member question

Can anyone help with possible answer to this situation:

EB-5 investor's I-526 application was approved. Investor and spouse and minor children can now get visas. Before finishing the visa application through NVC, investor (who was pregnant) gave birth to baby. Is baby also eligible for immigrant visa?

Yes baby would be eligible, you might have to update the application.
