Hello.

I know these two questions have been already asked a gazillion times, I read every one of the answers!, but I still have not found a definitive answer.

Please tell me if you have filed as I am planning two with no problems.

14.A I am US citizen, so N/A

14.B I am planing not to choose any of the options, YES or NO

22. It doesn't apply to my case and I have read a lot of answers:

-leave it blank

-N/A in all the fields of this question

-N/A in the first but for the two at the right fill it with the country your relatives are living in(or the nearest consulate)

I am planning to put N/A in the first two, and leave the other two in blank just in case.

Please advise, according on how you filed it and was fine.

I've no idea which form your talking about. But you can figure it out from these (Example forms) http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

You're likely to get better answers if you post the question you're looking at - not everyone has the form right in front of them. :)

Thank you. I am applying for my both sisters, and they are not in US.

I guess there is not an exact answer for 22.

Then in that case you do as we did. First two fields blank (or N/A - now I look again, we put N/A then the city and country of our embassy), second two list the city and country they will be applying in. Note the text above that says "If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in: "

I don't understand what your point is. Yes, both lines apply. So that means the OP should not fill it out because their relative is not in the United States. The second part should only be filled out if the relative is in the United States and is not eligible for adjustment of status.

I guess my point is the form is poorly designed. I completed it based on direct information from the embassy, which I filled out as per an example form from them, leading to an approved petition and successful visa.

Complete the form however you want.
