I-134 by fax?

My fiance and I are queuing up the documents she needs to send to me, and I realized: Can she fax me documents? In specific, could she fax me the following items?

- Tax Returns

- Signed Letter of Intent to Marry

- Phone Records

- Paystubs and Banks Statements

- Signed I-134

I ask because apparently the Vancouver consulate schedules interviews pretty quickly after you send in your Packet 3, and so I'm a little nervous to send out my checklist before the documents are in my hand. Moreover, faxing would save a lot of money compared to overnighting the documents. Also, it gives a larger margin for error.

Thanks in advance. *wipes sweat off of forehead*.

They need "wet signatures" so can't be faxed. Best bet if you want them there quickly is to fedex them overnight.

The items that don't need signing and are just copies/print-outs (phone logs and such) can be faxed.
