Go to the USCIS website, and search for "poverty guidelines 2013"

This will give you a list of how much is required of your income.

Adding a child increases the need for income.

You will be considered to have "3" total dependents. So your income needs to meet the poverty guidelines for 3 people.

&& your co sponsor would have to make the same, poverty guidelines for 3 peoples.

Which I believe is roughly 25,000 yearly.

No. If you do not earn enough, then your co-sponsor cannot make the same as you because that means they also do not make enough to meet the requirement. Neither one of you meets the requirement, You do not combine incomes with the co-sponsor. They must fill out their own separate I-134 and meet the requirement on their own for their household size plus the foreign fiance(e). Poverty guidelines > http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

The I-864P is the poverty guidelines form, easily found with a search on the net. It will list all income requirements.

i do not understand would like just tell me how much please

It is all there on that page, the amounts needed for each household size. I am not sure what you are not understanding. Can you not open pdf files? If that is the case, then a household of 3 is $24,412. You mentioned the brother having a child. If he also has a wife, then his household size would be 4, himself, spouse, child and foreign fiance(e). Household of 4 is $29,437
