We received my husband's permanent green card in the mail today!!! Only 2 months and 3 days after filing the removal of conditions!!! Good luck to you all!!!!

Hi, sorry for the late information, I meant to do this when I got the notice of action, but i totally forgot about it.

My petition has been transferred to CA Service Center from VT and the notice is dated October 16, 2013.

08-13-2010: Married

Hello,

I have sent my package for removal of conditions the beginning of September, shortly after I got the NOA1 and the check was cashed. However I still have notnot received any biometrics appointment letter. Now I am a little worried that something is wrong since it seems that others receive an appointment soon after the NOA. Any advice on what I could do would be appreciated. Thank you!

You need to call USCIS ( I think this is the right number 1 (800) 375-5283) and ask about your biometric appointment and they will send you another NOA (letter).

They will ask your GC number and your NOA code that you receive when you submetted for your GC renewal.

Hi everyone this is my first time posting but I have been following this topic/forum closely. Just wanted to add that I sent out for my wifes removal paperwork back in the month of late August early September. She had her biometrics done on September 10. 2013 and we received a letter on December 7, 2013 stating that her Conditions for removal were approved and that she will be receiving her GC in about 60 days. I also sent her package to the Vermont center and in the month on October we received a later stating that her case was transferred to California . just to give a heads up on what I included in the package.

Pics from when we first met till now .(weddings attended, Trips to Canada, Visiting her family in Guatemala on 3 different occasions.) roughly about 40 pics in color.

Plane Boarding passes. And email confirmations

Sworn affidavit's from 3 people .

Photo Copies of utility bills, lease agreement, joint bank account. And credit cards(actual cards) passports both hers and mine. Her Green Card.

that was pretty much it from what I can remember .

For those of you still waiting just be patient.

So.. something weird. I just received a text from USCIS that my case had been updated... I thought "oh good! Maybe we will get that 10 years GC before our next trip".. There was a WAC number included in the text and when I typed it in at USCIS.gov there was my old case from 2+ years ago that never changed from "initial Review".. It now says "on Jun 20, 2011 we mailed you a notice that we approved..." So they did finally send me a notice on that I-130 :)

I did call them just to see if they could explain it to me.. Of course the tier 1 people don't have any more access than what you can see online (even if it is way out of date) so I'll just assume that whatever clog kept the web pagefrom updating two years ago is now fixed and the automatic notification was the one not triggered back then.

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.
