Nice! Thank you! I tried and saw I could techinally type in whatever I want at the "quoted text". Thank you so much, now I'm an expert! wink.png Good luck to you!

The instructions are at the bottom of the posts that contain the chart but I agree that it is a bit tricky. I worked it out by trial and error. It's best done on a computer rather than a mobile device. Scroll up to the most recent post that contains the chart and hit the 'Quote' button. When that post opens up in the reply box you will see an icon that looks like a light switch in the top left corner of the reply box. Make sure that is in the down/off position. then add your details in the appropriate spot. Click on Preview Post to check that if it looks ok and if it so you can then click on Add Reply.

Nope check has not been cashed ( i am getting really concerned). Yes they are at Vermont also. Have one person who is at Vermont, cashed and received NOA1 within 2 days. Mine has now been over 2 weeks.

I don't really know what to suggest in that case. I think maybe you need to wait a little longer before you assume it is lost. We know how erratic timings can be with USCIS. I see that you are filing with a waiver, maybe those petitions take a separate path within Vermont. I know how stressed you must be but try to hang on in there.

Yes filing with a waiver....But until the package is taken apart and looked at, I don't think it matters before NOA1 if you see what I mean.

Looking at August Forum, there are 3 other people with August 26th dates and they have not received NOA1 or check cashing yet.....what on earth is going on over there????

Please add me to the list of September 2013 Filers for I-751 ROC at VSC. I sent my package on 9/5/13 and it was delievered next day on 9/6/13 at 1 PM via USPS Express Mail.

I am awaiting my checks to be cashed (I sent seperate for the form and for the biometric fee), and to receive NOA.

10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
