No Fingerprint Appointment Notice Yet

Hi All,

Our application to remove conditions was received October 31, 2006. We've received our NOA1 on November 17th from Nebraska Service Center but NO appointment letter for the fingerprinting so far. I've seen many timelines where they received their biometrics appointment shortly after they got their NOA1 on the mail, so are my friends. Do we need to call Nebraska or still wait?

I would definitely call them. I got my NOA on the 4th of Dec. If I don't have my Bio apppointment by next week, I will call them.

11-18-04 NOA1

3-15-04 NOA2

5-10-04 Interview, Put to Admin review. (Fiancee related to ex-wife)

5-19-04 Congressman and Senator got involved.

6-10-04 Immigration Lawyer got involved.

7-28-04 Fiancee was called with passport by Consular (<span style='color:purple'>VISA GRANTED!!!</span> No question Asked)

8-6-04 Entered USA without any hassle at POE

9-4-04 Got married (finally).

10-22-04 AOS applied.

11-25-04 NOA

12-6-04 Got Interview date for Jan/05

11-09-06 Applied I-751

12-04-06 Got NOA

12-11-06 Got Biometric NOA

12-14-06 Biometric appointment

I received my NOA1 on December 2, 2006 too and haven't received the Biometrics Notice yet. I'm not going to call them. My green card expires next year of January 07. If I don't received my Biometrics Notice until first week of January I'll be calling them. I'll let you'll know when I received my Biometrics Notice.

Here's my Timeline I-751

11/06/2006 - mailed I-751 NSC Priority Mail

11/08/2006 - NSC received the I-751

11/10/2006 - checked was cashed

12/02/2006 - received the NOA1 Receipt Notice-address to my maiden name

12/09/2006 - received the NOA2 Biometrics Appointment Notice-address to my maiden name

12/14/2006-Biometrics Appointment Date

12/18/2006-talked to the INS Officer to update my status

12/26/2006-received the corrected NOA-address to my Married Name

Geez. Chill. Our NOA date is 11/13/06 and G's biometrics are tomorrow, however there is someone else on this board with the same service center whose NOA date is two weeks before ours (10/31) and has biometrics the day after tomorrow.

Remember that biometrics DEPENDS ON THE ASC, NOT THE SERVICE CENTER.

I donnou if my case is the same but i my NOA1 was issued on the 29 of Nov and the biometrics appt was mailed on Dec 1, for Dec 16.

****05/2006 --- Got married!!****

11/21/06 - Mailing out AOS package

11/24/06 - AOS received by USCIS (day 1)

11/29/06 - NOA issued (day 6)

12/01/06 - Biometrics appt. issued (day 7)

12/06/06 - I485 touched (day 12)

12/13/06 - I765 touched (day 19)

12/16/06 - Biometrics Appt. - reescheduled ( day 22)

12/22/06 - Biometrics done..finally! (day 28)

12/27/06 - I485&I765 touched (day 33)

01/03/07 - I485&I765 touched (day 40)

01/22/07 - Received letter with interview appt (day 59)

02/05/07 - I765 touched (day 73)

02/07/07 - EAD approved (day 75)

02/10/07 - EAD received (day 78)

03/11/07 - I485 touched (day 107)

03/27/07 - **Interview**(day 123) **********APPROVED**********

03/27/07 - Welcome letter issued (day 123)

03/28/07 - Card production ordered(day 124)

04/04/07 - Approval notice sent (day 131)

04/06/07 - Greencard received (day 133)
