For the guy wanting to get done by OCT. I don't know if you're apart of the Facebook group Asawa World, but some people routinely screenshot the appointment setting calendar and Sept and Oct are booked up. They haven't opened Nov and onwards yet. Unless, there are some cancellations, good luck!

I don't know if K1 and Cr-1 has separate appointment allocations, but just an FYI

So i got the note that says processed in 3-5 days after I submitted ds260 as well. Any information on this yet from operators anyone, I am hoping its true since my civil documnets are already there but I am thiking 3-5 is tooooooo good to be true as if you hadnt already submitted your civil documents they wouldnt get them in the system that quickly.

This process has got to be the most frustrating thing I have ever done in my life, it most certainly is a paitence tester. Good luck everyone and heres to hoping its 3-5

Correct, If you already sent your documents, you dont need to resend it.

I think the 3-5 days sounds right. This excludes the documentation review. My guess is with DS-230 they had to process it in the mailroom and scan it in the system. After that it would be manual work to enter it and make sure it is all correct. With the online version, data is already in the system. So two steps of mailroom process and manual input are gone. This can bump up the speed drastically considering the mail room is packed with all sorts of the documents. I did my DS260 last night. I hope it gets done fast. Good luck ;)

I have a question regarding in "educational institutions attended" in DS260 online. As I was looking on my brother-in-law DS260 online, it didn't give him the date that says " from this date to present." Is this question only to those who have attended school and finished their studies or graduated from that institution? The reason for asking this is because my brother-in-law is currently attending college in the Philippines and he can't find the area that says " up to present". He can only put today's date and he's worried that this may cause a problem to put the wrong date that may lead into confusion as he is still an undergrad student.

Should we leave the college empty and only put the high school institution?

Also, what did you guys put on the question that says " did you have a documentation that you have received vaccinations in accordance in U.S. law? What will you be putting on explanation if you says "no"? He's not sure if he received those vaccines and he does not have documentations to prove it.

Any input is appreciated.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Dont leave any information behind. This will cause you more problem. I guess best would be to call NVC. I can suggest to things but dont take my words. 1) Use todays date 2) Use the expected graduation date. I favor the second as it clearly shows there is something on going.

With the second, if he is able to get vaccination and show the documentation, answer yes. For example my wife can get her vaccinations and provide the documentation to the medical staff. US law is equal to the vaccination requirements. If you can show you have received the required vaccination then answer yes. Otherwise you have to pay for vaccination on site which can get pricy. My mom had to take Flu shots in Italy and they charged 50 EUR for it. Any official vaccination documents showing the required items is good.

He can only put today's date and not able to put the expected date of graduation as it says 'invalid" it can't be after today's date per system.

I'm having similar prob here. It asks for previous visits to the US and requires me to fill in 3 "Date Arrived" dates but my daughter's been there just once. I can't just skip it because it requires answers and I'm still waiting for an operator to answer my queries.

Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated.

I think you should answer no since you don't have documents to prove it. In my husband's case, the other vaccines were given to him during his medical check up at Saint Luke's. Same with my daughter. And if I remember it right, no additional fees were paid since its already included in the medical fee (not 100% sure though).

As KiwiPouPou said, you can have the vaccines too at your own expense but check the vaccinations required so you'll be taking just those necessary.

if you can show documentation that you have received these vaccinations, then say yes. Otherwise say no. As long as I know, the vaccination fees are not included in the medical examination in a foreign medical facility. My mom had to pay for the additional items.

What's next after DS-260? I haven't sent our civil documents. Do i scan and email or does it need to be mailed? To where?
