Last updated 12th August

EAC # directly before and after me have both been approved in the last 7 days.

It seems most of us here were all transferred around the same date!

Give it a few more weeks.. we'll have our answer soon.!

EAC # before and after my digits were recently transfer to TSC as well, it isdated Sept. 4.. What will happen to us Aug. transfer..

NOA1 - July 3rd

Transferred to TX - August 9th

I've been checking everyday since then.. but still no NOA2 up to now. Looking at timelines and posts here, those who were transferred last June and July have been approved 2-4 weeks after. Maybe they slowed down now

I think they really slowed down. They got too many files transferred from vermont. Lets hope they will start working on them faster

Any idea what are the usual evidence they need pls. give me some words ;( and How long they will process the rfe? and how long it will takes to receive rfe hardcopy TIA

You should get it by the middle of next week!

...whatever they want.. a lot of times they approve you within a few weeks of sending back whatever they want.

It could be something very simple as maybe you forgot to sign one paper. Let me know once you get it, and what they requested.

My f ( petitioner) is still waiting for the hard copy no email nor txt msg upto this point our lawyer said let's wait for the rfe hard copy from there we can response asap for the needed evidence. I hope its not complicated so we can reply in a day or two. And looking forwArd as well for the fast approval coz' i have in my group they been approved while our is rfe we do have our noa1 end of may and we been transferred to TSC 1week of aug. then touched last sept 5 with approval on her case and rfe with mine. I'll keep you posted if we already have the hard copy as well as once we send back our response to them, some says from TSC and CSC it just a week or two after USCIS received the rfe response then got approval others from VSC are waiting so long.

My f ( petitioner) is still waiting for the hard copy no email nor txt msg upto this point our lawyer said let's wait for the rfe hard copy from there we can response asap for the needed evidence. I hope its not complicated so we can reply in a day or two. And looking forwArd as well for the fast approval coz' i have in my group they been approved while our is rfe we do have our noa1 end of may and we been transferred to TSC 1week of aug. then touched last sept 5 with approval on her case and rfe with mine. Good luck! Well I just realized I submitted the g325a form, whereas my fiance submitted the g325 form. So we might be getting a rfe as well. It's a bit silly because the forms are exactly the same, but I noticed others get rfes for this mistake as well. Oh well, rfe is better than a denial! Were staying positive but understand we might get an rfe too.

Got out rfe hardcopy sept 12 and send back the evidence within the day waiting for response review and noa2;)
