this is very interesting as it is the first time they have sent a direct email to a petitioner/beneficiary stating a time frame of how long AP will be for your case. I have emailed them constantly and finally the last email from last week stated that my fiance beneficiary will be contacted shortly. We have been in AP for 6 weeks and they already have his passport from the interview in July. Hopefully this nightmare will be over soon for all of us. My fiance and I haven't seen each other in a year and its overdue for us to be together again.

Based on some of the VJ'ers time line the AP process is really 6_8 weeks so you will hear from them pretty soon
