The +1s are very, very important to me. I appreciate it.

She's a reputation spammer. I won't + any of her posts because I am trying my damnedest to catch her in reputation points. I may invent an imaginary playmate to + all of my posts so I can catch her faster.

Knowing that I possess something that you both crave and desire in my +1's, I see an opportunity to exploit this situation for my own personal gain. devil.gif

If someone breaks into someone's home, I don't particularly care what happens to the intruder. Wounded OR dead, they bring it upon themselves.

A persons home is their "sacred ground", no one should ever breach that. Imo, if someone chooses to invade another persons sacred ground, whether armed or not, they also give up any and all rights given to them, including the right to live.

When a person enters another persons home illegally, whether armed or not, they immediately put the homeowners life and any other persons life in that home in danger. There is no time for a question and answer period to find out exactly what the intruders intentions are.The homeowner should have the right to use whatever force he/she deems necessary to remove the threat.

This is why I have never, and will never be against a homeowner using a gun for protection. Contrary to popular belief around here.

It isn't a choice I would make for myself and my home, but I completely understand why others make the choice for themselves and I don't support anything that would take that choice away from them.

Except it's not a "break thru" of any kind. I don't think Teddy or I have ever been against a homeowner using/owning a gun for protection.

The fact that you consider that a breakthrough goes to show how little attention you pay to what people are actually saying in their arguments.

I haven't read the thread from the beginning but I will complain the guy didn't shoot to wound.

As for bringing it upon himself for being in someone else's house? No. That line of thinking is the same as saying any young, attractive woman wearing a miniskirt, out at a club, getting drunk should not complain if she is raped.

A gun owner should shoot to wound, not kill.

How do you shoot to wound with a shotgun in tight quarters? At close range, even rock salt does some serious damage.

Shoot da legs man
