6/16/13 - sent I-485 package

6/17/13 - USCIS Chicago Lockbox received package

7/24/13 - Biometrics, didnt know i could not an early walk-in

8/5/13 - I-485 updated to Testing & Interview

8/28/13 - EAD went to production (day 73)

9/9/13 - EAD arrived

Bn waiting since then................ for updates


but i hv gotten my DL and SSN though;

09/09/2013 - Received NOA for I-485
09/09/2013 - Received Biometrics for 09/25/2013
09/13/2013 - Did early walk-in biometrics ( Original Date 09/25/2013)
09/24/2013 - I-485 status changed to Testing and Interview
09/25/2013 - Biometrics Appointment date

10/15/2013 - Got hard copy interview date for 11/19/2013

11/05/2013 - EAD / AP approved

11/12/2013 - EAD / AP in mail

11/14/2013 - EAD / AP received

11/19/2013 - Initial interview date - Approved

11/22/2013 - Welcome letter received

11/25/2013 - GC mailed .. SMS / EMAIL

He just said they needed to check a few things before they made any decision. Scary. But no problems now!

6/06/2013 - Check Cashed.

6/07/2013 - Receipt Date on NOAs - Transferred to National Benefits Center.

6/11/2013 - Received Hard copy NOAs.

6/14/2013 - Biometrics Appointment Notice.

7/08/2013 - Biometrics Done and Successful in Baltimore.

7/17/2013 - I-485 status updated to "Testing and Interview".

8/07/2013 - Interview Notice Received.(online/text).

8/08/2013 - Interview Notice Received.(Mail).

8/09/2013 - EAD Approved.

8/17/2013 - EAD Received.

8/22/2013 - SSC Received.

9/12/2013 - AOS Interview - Further Review needed.

10/03/2013 - AOS APPROVED!!!
10/15/2013 - GC Received.

30/09/2015 - Mailed ROC Package to Vermont Lockbox

09/11/2015 - Biometrics Taken in Baltimore

19/08/2016 - RFE received

12/10/2016 - RFE response package sent.

.....nothing yet!!!! 64 days after biometrics, 57 after "testing & interview"!!!

congrats! ...no email notice? only hard copy?

Got the interview letter today. 2 weeks in T&I status. The wait is over for the time being.

I've been in Testing and Interview status since September 18th, almost 6 weeks later I still don't have an appointment date.

07 2003 - Met for first time (while in college).

08 2003 - Started dating.

05 2004 - Moved in together.

07 2007 - Got engaged.

06-26-2013 - DOMA declared unconstitutional. Finally.

08-15-2013 - Married.


08-19-2013 - AOS Package sent to Chicago Lockbox. (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

08-21-2013 - Received by USCIS.

08-26-2013 - USCIS Acceptance Confirmation via email and text message for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131.

08-27-2013 - Checks cashed

08-28-2013 - 5 letters from USCIS in mailbox. I797C for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 and biometrics appointment notice (for 09-17-2013).

09-04-2013 - Early biometrics walk-in successful.

09-18-2013 - Online status of I-485 changed to "Testing and Interview".

10-24-2013 - EAD approved - card production ordered. AP approved.

11-01-2013 - Received Interview notice.

11-04-2013 - Received EAD card.

12-09-2013 - AOS Interview in Tampa. Approved on the spot. Card production ordered.

12-16-2013 - Received Green Card in mail.


09-18-2015 - Sent ROC Package to California Service Center.

Florida seems to be very slow. There must be a huge line of people ahead of us. Do you have an office in Ft Myers?
