i-864 checklist for no income!!

Hi guys,

kinda sad, everything was right on my i-864 and my dads i-864 joint sponsor.

however they are saying i should have put 0$$ in 13.a b c for federal tax return.

in part 6 , q10 i did mention my annual income and all was 0$.

and also a letter explaining why i did not file taxes.

Called NVC again today and they checked with supervisor and said the whole i864 needs to be resent with above correction.

is this not to be left blank i mean part 6, question 13 a, b, c if you have not filed federal taxes?

now another 20 days gone :(
