It is READY according via online visa status through our CASE NUMBER last Aug. 25, 2013.. is there any one (particularly from DOHA, QATAR) can tell me what's in Packet 3? coz i've tried several times over the last few days to called and email them.

Thanks Guys!

Hello, although my fiance is in a different country and I filed at a different service center I am going through the same thing! I checked the status on USCIS.com and it says that my I-129F was approved but I haven't received an email nor the text... I thought it was because Vermont sent my package to Texas because they have too many fiance visa packages according to what the agency told me.. I guess they just do whatever they feel like it. this sucks

You do not have to wait for the letter from CDJ to fill out the forms, pay and schedule your appointments. It generally takes the letter 4-6 weeks to reach you. If you do not have the letter before you are supposed to go to Juarez, then you can get one printed out from the information window at the consulate before attending your medical and appointments. The people at the CDJ call center are just as bad at giving out misinformation as the tier one folks that answer the phones for the USCIS > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/438076-what-exactly-do-we-ask-the-nvc-for/?p=6327340

OP> The NVC does not send you packets or appointment letters. That would be your consulate. Contact your consulate about receiving instructions and whatever you need from them.
