Hello all,

Woke up this morning with a NOA2 approval email from USCIS ! We are of course very happy :))

We went through the California Service Center - we both live in France and are planning to move to the US as soon as we get the visa.

NOA1 on June 3rd

no RFE

NOA2 on Sep 3rd

It seems like CSC is moving on quickly lately, which is really good news. I hope you all benefit from a speedy approval very soon :)

A small piece of advice : keep your application clearly organized (cover letter and labelled sections) and don't hesitate to do a little more than needed (we included about 15 different pictures of us - we also commented on all of them to put them in context) - if they don't need it they'll through it out but might as well give it a try :)

congrats!!!!! im in the process of gettin packet 3 together........i could use some help with what exactly goes with it all??? as of now, i think its all the DS forms........and then does my fiance schedule a medical on his own?? and after they receive the packet, is that when they give him an interview date???? thanks for ur help :)

ours was approved in 80 days and we included a lot of proofs of relationship and 50 pictures of us and with both our families too.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm
