Hi Guys...

I now have my fiance's I-134 mailed to me. Now that i have it i noticed:

1. The form has expired 12/17/12

2. He had written his previous age as he had already turned a year older.

3. He made my second name a middle name when in the Philippines our middle name is our mother's maiden last name.

4. And again one letter typo on my name again, which he claimed he did unintentionally, and confessed he could have pressed the wrong key.

Please advise....

If his income meets the requirement, then there is no need to list assets, so all of that can be left blank. If he has children/dependents claimed on his taxes he did not list, then you could neatly hand-write those in.
