Anxious and need help

I am new to the community and had a few questions. When I file the K1 do I need to include the bio of both my fiancé and me? If so does she need to fill it out-sign it and return to me? I am concerned I am going to forget all the forms that need to be initially sent to get my noa1 back. Any tricks or insight would be helpful to take this huge step.

Yes. It is clearly in the guide's list of items to put in the petition (items 7 & 9). Read it again.

Yes you have to have it or they will either send your application back to you, or they will delay your case further on down the line

As it states in the guide and the I-129F form instructions, you each need a G-325A form and a letter of intent. Have her sign both of those things and mail them to you along with a passport photo. They need original signatures.

Write a check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (do not use the initials). I believe this information is in the I-129F pdf instructions. Yes, you are supposed to send the packet to Dallas.

My fiance used FedEx and he sent it to the second address. He sent it Friday and it was received Tuesday the following week.

I know it's overwhelming to read all these information right now but take your time and read the guides over and over until you familiarize yourself with everything. It gets easier, trust me! Don't rush into filing the petition. Double check, triple check everything if you have to.

It is overwhelming, yes, but the solution is to read, re-read, and re-re-read the instructions on the USCIS website. Everything you need to send them is written right there. Highlight all the things you will need to gather and make a list of them, then check them off one by one once you have gathered them. It really isn't that hard if you just pay attention to the instructions. Good luck!
