Hi,i have a quick question, please help ! I'm not sure if it's acceptable to just have photocopies of my sponsor documents during my interview or i need orginal documents?

documents like :birth certificate, tax transcript, I-864 form (the signature must be here original?).......

my spouse will just scan to me few needed documents to print them out , can we do that?

Thanks in advance

for the I-864 and docs for affadavit of support:

1. i-864 - original

2. income supporting docs - photocopies are ok.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

aha - nvc movement.

if all was submitted to NVC, and I do mean all,

and there's no changes,

then the IV unit already has it for interview day - you not need to bring it.

Getting conflicting info from the IV website? check around here with advanced search tool for yer country and visa type.
