Note- While I am known to be critical of the Gay movement I am always against mobs attacking anyone, I hope they catch these guys and charge them with in the same way they would If I were the victim. (but no more)

If this guy was not gay this would not even be a story with such minor injuries but since he is gay... it is a story so I thought I would post it.

Police in Cleveland, Ohio, are investigating an attack on a man who was walking to a local gay bar late Saturday night. Jared Fox, the 26-year-old victim, claims that a group of 20 young men beat him as he walked from his car to the establishment.

After approaching him, Fox said that the gang used gay slurs and violently assaulted him, WKYC-TV reports.

“They didn’t know if I had money. They didn’t know anything about me,” the alleged victim told the outlet. “They saw that there was a gay bar at the corner and they saw me walking to it.”

After surrounding him, the men punched him in the face and knocked him over, he says. At one point he escaped, but they pushed him down again. When Fox told them that he had no money, they, again, pummeled him.

“You’re one of those broke f***ots,’” he recalls them saying before they stole his cell phone and left the scene.

It was then that Fox, who lives in New York City and was in town visiting a relative, was able to seek assistance. In the end, he suffered a black eye, ruptured his right ear drum and was bruised on various parts of his body.

How did they know he was gay ?

I am against all hate crime laws. Beating someone up is criminal.. Adding charges because they are gay or black is offensive and racist.

It's also applied unevenly..

So when you see people walking down the street, you know where they are going?

To be fair they might have seen him park and maybe not much else was around, so they might have assumed what he was but..... when non-gay white people are attacked, even when similar racial slurs are used, it is determined "that" is not enough to prove

Race was the *reason* for the attack..... and so hate crimes are never declared except in the most undeniable cases.

It would seem with Gays and some others the assumption is automatic that there was a hate crime.

From my personal experience it has more to do with men acting like "fairies."

When someone is a typical normal acting guy, most people don't care but when a grown man takes on the gestures and even speech patterns of something

half man----half drama queen....... it just seems weird.

Still it gives no one license to attack people unprovoked.

Men who attack gay men have serious issues. Are there gangs of females beating up lesbians out there? Most men when drunk can't even work out who is a lady boy or who is female! Fear driven crime.
