Sorry I didn't post earlier. I was in cancun. We received our NOA2 in 20 days. I've posted a link to our timeline. Thanks for the support everyone. I hope all of you also get good news soon.

Congratulations! I got mine in 20 days too. California really seems to be burning through them so fast.

Hank has an excellent page detailing the steps to follow after NOA2. While he lists the steps for the embassy in Manila, I don't think there would be much difference in other countries.

Anybody know what is the next step after NOA2 approved. What is next instruction? Do they email petitioner a new instruction?

I have read the flowcharts many times. But still confused. It said nvc received. My question is how we know? Is nvc send email to petitioner and said your case have received? And how they know beneficiary email to send packet 3?

13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

I would create a new thread/topic and ask other VJers!

BUT they should know the beneficiary ADDRESS via Form I-129F.
