Timeline

Just booked it an hour ago, for March 12th. She got an email from the embassy that her passport will be ready for pickup later this week!

Annie is flying here on Feb 16. I would have liked it to be on Valentines day but she wanted to visit her Mom in Hong Kong before she comes here.

Well, my interview is tomorrow and I'm, obviously, pretty much terrified. It feels like this journey has taken forever, but if we get a yes tomorrow, then our journey has just begun :-)

I've copied my entire packet, have a co-sponsor as back-up, triple-checked that I brought my passport, birth certificate, divorce decree and police certificate. I'm as ready as I can be - one final hurdle and I can be with my soulmate.

Wish us luck folks. And congrats to everyone who has reached the end of the K-1 journey successfully.
