This is unfair our NOA2 date is after previous posters NOA2 date at teh same service centre yet our hasnt even left 20 days later

I'm sure they do them in batches. Just be glad you weren't processed in Vermont or California. Vermont is taking forever for NOA2 and while California is lightening fast with approval, they are slow in shipping to NVC by 4-8 weeks. It's always never the same with immigration.

TSC shipped it to NVC, same as DoS. I got the same message 12th November. NVC rec'd the file yesterday, I got the case number this morning from the DoS number and the file was shipped to London today.

Congratulations!!! Looks like we are left behind from TSC NVC have not received our case until now.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe you haven't heard about yours yet! I see some of your posts when browsing topics and I always check your signature because I'm anxious for you to get your case number or at least hear is someone has shipped it yet. Have you spoken to anyone at USCIS yet?

I really hope you get your case number soon, its unfair to keep you waiting. Please post a big topic when you get your number because I'm sure there are many people who are anxious for you too. Good luck

Congratulations!!! Looks like we are left behind from TSC NVC have not received our case until now.

I feel the same way, we are TSC and received NOA2 in the 1st week in November.

Our USCIS Case Status Update still says " .....we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F Petition for Fiance(e)

I would really like to know what's happening, I'm getting a bit overwhelmed waiting especially seeing persons recieveing the NOA2 after myself being further updated. ( I'm happy for you guys but I'm confused about our petition)

How would we know when to schedule an interview or do we just wait until the embassy contact the beneficiary our documentation arrives?

yeah sad to say we havent received any update regarding nvc receiving it or shipping it for that matter.. i am getting so anxious too knowing the available slots for December and Jan. Were all filled up and my noa2 will expire middle of February. I called NVC and DOS yesterday and told me they have not received it STILL!! And wait for more time.. just hoping to get the case number this coming week still positive vibes..

Thanks jgoodman.. looks like ocyober 23 was the last cut off for tsc filers for Philippines..my fiance sent me last week all the papers i need for the interview.. just sad cause the slots for interview are getting far behind from my original plan AND the worst is they have not shipped it yet to NVC

We have almost the same exact timeline as you and were processed by TSC. We were approved on October 24th and still hasn't been received or shipped to NVC yet. I will call USCIS on Monday to find out what us happening. It is frustrating though we are still doing good for time I guess to normal standards.
