I am so happy to see all of the approvals! For those of you still waiting, I am sure you will be hearing something soon.

My fiancé Annie is going for her medical exam this week. I will let you know the results. Wish us luck.

When is the US fiance going to sent youthe copy of NOA2 and all the other documents (affidavit of support, letter of intend addressed to the embassy, copy of the I-127F package etc): right after he/she will get the NOA2 hardcopy or after you get the case number from NVC?

April 18 - Package delivered

April 22 - 3 Texts&emails notification for Receipt Notice

April 26 - Hard copy of NOA for I-485, I-765, I-131

May 1 -Received appointment letter for May 19th, in Philly, PA

May 19 - Successfully Biometrics appointment done

May 29 - EAD and AP status online changed to "Card/Document Production" (EAD) and "Post decision activity" (AP)

June 3 - EAD sent out for delivery

August 2 - Interview Waiver Letter received in mail dated 7/29

Feb 12, 2015 - EAD/AP renewal mailed

Feb 19, 2015 - Got 7 text & 7 emails notification - case received (EAD)

GREEN CARD IN PRODUCTION/CASE APPROVED APRIL 15, 2015

April 8th, 2015 - EAD renewal approved

April 16th, 2015 - EAD mailed

April 18th, 2015 - EAD received

April 20, 2015 - Welcome to America letter received

April 21, 2015 - Green card mailed

April 23, 2015 - Green card delivered

when she gets the visa and comes here , can we go on honeymoon out of country? or need to wait till she gets green card ? any one know ? trying to plan honeymoon to mexico , thank you for your help .

Hello!

Does anyone know what exactly happens once NVC gets your approved petition? I know they send out packages but I have heard mix things.... how many packages? what do these packages entail? How long until we can book the interview etc?

09/10/2013 - sent in i-129f

09/19/2013 - email notification of USCIS acceptance & rerouted to CSC

09/25/2013 - received official receipt notice via mail

10/02/2013 - received a RFE

10/16/2013 - sent in RFE

10/18/2013 - checked USCIS site & RFE has been received

10/29/2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

10/30/2013 - NOA2 i-129f APPROVED!

12/06/2013 - received Packet 3 in mail

12/08/2013 - completed DS-160 & sent in checklist

12/??/2013 - called DOS and got my MTL Case # (can't remember what day in Dec)

01/09/2014 - consulate asked me to complete a new DS-160

01/29/2014 - received Packet 4 via email

01/29/2014 - medical appointment complete

02/26/2014 - Visa Appointment in MTL - requested additional documents

03/03/2014 - Mailed in documents via Loomis

03/04/2014 - Documents arrived at US consulate in MTL

03/06/2014 - CEAC updated to AP

03/06/2014-03/17/2014- CEAC status updates daily, but still remains on AP

03/18/2014- CEAC status READY (to schedule an interview)

03/19/2014- CEAC status READY (case is open) Case creation date changed to 03/19/2014 and switched to Non-Immigrant Visa

03/24/2014- CEAC status updated but still says READY (case is open)

04/01/2014- CEAC status updated but still says READY (case is open)

04/02/2014- CEAC status back to ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

04/03/2014- CEAC status ISSUED

04/03/2014- Email from Loomis that passport has been shipped

04/04/2014- Picked up Passport

Congratulations!

I'm still waiting, and now I see VisaJourney has changed my time estimate to be earlier than it had been. So they're saying I should have got it between Nov 3-13th now.

Oh well. It will happen when it happens I suppose.

21 Sep 2013 - Filed i-129F

27 Nov - NOA2 email received (63 days since NOA1)

30 Jan 2014 - NOA2 sent to NVC (64 agonizing days) P.S. Apparently VJ doesn't care about accurate timelines.

11 Feb - Got Case number

24 Feb - Packet 3 Received and Submitted

25 Feb - Packet 4 Received and Submitted

29 Apr - Medical (Dr Cheema)

01 May - Vancouver Consulate Interview - Approved!

06 May - Visa in hand!

06 June - Entered the USA!

14 June - Married!

Called DOS and still they didn't receive our case, will try next week smile.png

Our timelines are very similar and NVC still hasn't received our case yet either. We got our petition approved on Oct. 24th. We were excited it was going so fast but it seems to slowed down. I hope we get our case number before Thanksgiving. It will be interesting when you guys get yours. Good forturne you get yours soon!

My fiancé passed the medical examination!! She has scheduled her embassy interview for Jan 16. She also went to the embassy to get the letter she needs to request a police clearance from Hong Kong. Things are moving along nicely now. Good luck to all!
