I thought I would share one thing I ran across that really confused me for a while. After I got my case number, I wanted to track the status by going to this site

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

The confusing part is that when I selected nonimmigrant visa and put in my case number it said it was not valid. I had to select immigrant visa and enter the case number and then I got the status update below. I haven't got an interview date... This does not make sense

You can try calling. I got into the DOS today without waiting. The guy was very helpful.

FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! Hooray! Out if the filers on this thread, who hasn't got approval yet?

I have not gotten approval yet.. though I got an rfe they never sent me any notification until I called for an expedite that I am going to be deployed soon. That was the day I received rfe notification and I replied them as soon as I got the the mail.. I called again to follow it up and made a secondary expedite (as the customer service called it) they told me to hold on that I will get a notification within 30days.

No approval yet.....maybe I sent my petition to the wrong USCIS!

We got our NOA1 11 days before you. On this thread, it looks like those of us who have been approved have been so in *about* 30-45 days (I think FrozenGlitter was in 20 days?). Of course, each case is different, but I bet it's coming very soon for you. When we first started looking into our options, NOA2 was taking about 5 months, so anything faster than that is a blessing IMO. I've seen timelines from late last year that took 13-14 months from NOA1 to interview and approval, so I am that much more grateful that our petition was approved in 33 days. Patience has been HARD for me every step of the way in this process. Hang in there. :)

I know how you feel! I sent in my 129 on 9/14 got the NOA1 on 9/19. Now I'm just waiting. :(

Same here our NOA1 is 09/18 still waiting.

Well at least I'm not the only one...I hate this wait!

I just want some news, I did everything on my own and when I see someone else get their NOA2 I feel like I did something wrong. :(
