We got a letter for RFE evidence and mid October which has slowed things down I believe. Last night our Alien registration number changed, so I'm hoping the NOA2 is coming soon smile.png remaining hopeful and patiently waiting for the best day of my life!

Hi can you tell what is your RFE? I got e-mail today about RFE. So worried..

We just got an update from USCIS saying our petition has been shipped to the NVC, so happy to see things are moving along!

Yay! So it seems it's taking about two weeks after approval for it to be sent away. I've tried to get an idea as to when he'll maybe get an interview because this is moving wayyyyyy faster than we expected. I suppose the fact that London is dragging their feet with interview dates will drag it out. I'm thinking maybe February-March-ish.

February is the latest. NOA2 is valid for only 4 months I believe.

Hello guys! We got approved last October 29 and we did'nt know until this afternoon goofy.gifgoofy.gifgoofy.gif

I stopped checking our case status a week ago, and my fiance did'nt receive text or email for the approval although we did include G-1145 form. Is that ok?

Anyhoooo we are so happy and excited!!! Our NOA1 is actually Sept. 30, and hardcopy a week after.

My prayers and wishes for all of you. I hope you will get your approvals soon!

On October 30, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This means that we've gotten our NOA2, right?
