Fiance Visa (K1 Visa) for Same sex..

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member here and i have read a lot of cases and i my cousin who just recently flew to Nebraska with her Fiance recommend me this website and this website is actually popular as i have heard this also in Youtube. So i would like to ask, are we now able to file a fiance visa? I have read in the USCIS that Yes we are now allowed to and my cousin's fiance is a US Consul and according to her, her husband had received a memo about it and it is not allowed. I just wanna make sure and ask for about that case. If so please do help me and i also wanna know what my boyfriend would have to file and what not to file for petition like what are the requirements/papers that he has to send for filing a petition.

Yes, same-sex couples may now file the I-129f petition for K1. It's a very recent change (DOMA turnover). Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

And i also wanna include that i had my interview last July in the US Embassy in Manila as a tourist visa but i unfortunately got a blue paper. After a couple of weeks Senate Secretary John Kerry announced about same sex rights when it comes to immigration. Please i need some answers. Thank you!

What i am just confused about is where to pay the fee for filing the petition? My boyfriend never applied for any visa to someone before and never been out of the USA, it was actually his first time to come in Asia and will be his 2nd time this November but in Hong kong this time but yes with me.. hehehe

I am just confused about the payment that he needs to pay. Do we have to fill up a form first and print it out and pay like what i did in DS-160? I'm really confused. I just want some answers here so i can send it to him.. Thank you!

You'll pay a second fee for the actual K1 visa of $240 later at the consulate stage.
