Will all the transfers slow down the approvals or are they doing them as soon as they get them? Are any other centers even getting the initial petitions or are they all going to the NBC and now out to the other centers? Just curious.

The transfers don't seem to have any effect on the approvals. NBC was getting the initial petitions until sometime in mind-October. Since then, they've been routed to the individual service centers (I'm not sure if NBC is still receiving petitions, as I'm not sure if approvals are done from that office).

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

Ah, well that's good. Fingers crossed we all get our NOA2s soon! Is the rest of the process as long? I've heard anything from 6 weeks to another 6 months.

I'm so happy, l saw that almost finish with august transfers and now it's our time to start having all fun over here,,,,,,, i saw that people from august 30 had been transferred,,,,,, hip, hip, hip, hip hurra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, i just want to see how arrive pd 17 september

Gotta say, been watching August thread and seeing all the transfers is pretty exciting. I got a ways to go but.....September get ready to rock and roll!!!

10/28/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad

11/01/13-I-130 received at facility

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

(Money Order not drawn on US account)

11/25/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad with correct method of payment.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

12/12/13-Checked USCIS site for Case Status. Seen our case is in initial Review.

12/16/13-Received Hardcopy NOA1 in mail.

Feb 5-crossed border to US to see hubs and son off at airport. Flew to CA to establish domicile.

Feb 11-Case touched to update hub's change of address

2014/5/7 - DS-261 available and completed

2014/5/8 - AOS invoice available and paid

2014/5/9 - AOS showing as paid

2014/5/20 - AOS Package sent

2014/6/3 - AOS Scanned and Under Review

2014/6/9 - IV Fee Invoice available and Paid

2014/6/10 - DS-260 available

2014/6/10 - IV package couriered to NVC

2014/9/12 - AOS Checklist accepted

2024/10/27 - called NVC to be advised last scanned document is now September 17th, an email I sent early August and they looked at on September 17th.

2014/9/17 - last scanned date. Waiting for a Case Complete.

2014/10/30 - CASE COMPLETE

2014/11/10 - Interview Scheduled

2014/12/23 - Interview - going to try to move up a week but we will see.

2014/12/2 - interview and APPROVED

2014/12/18 - Smooth and quick POE at LAX then onto JFK by domestic

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I was telling my hubby about the transfers last night and said that hopefully we'll be transferred in early March!

Yes we will!

It looks like they transferred up to August 27th last night! Sooooo if another transfer is done this week I'm thinking we'll start to get some September movememt!

I was jolted awake at 5am because I had a dream USCIS texted me that my case got transferred (alas, it was just a dream!) - sending good vibes to everyone here! :-D

Wonderful dream! I got so excited when I saw that they transferred almost all August! I was so happy I even screamed of joy! LOL

I'm doing what I can, but I'm pretty reliant on my parents (who are sponsoring him) and my immigration attorney since all my paperwork is in the US

that's depend of the office center that we can be transfer,if we're lucky and our cases are send to California o Texas they work so fast but if the cases are send to Nebraska o Vermont we're so lost 'cause they take all time to approve even take 2 o 3 months, l saw some cases from april and may still waiting to be approve,,,
