Is it possible because you filed i129 in November?

I do not think so becasue of my 129f.

but it's coz of my pending exipidte request since last 3 months.

They told me that they are cheking my backgroud.

but now it's getting serious. It's been 3 months.

It looks like they transferred up to August 27th last night! Sooooo if another transfer is done this week I'm thinking we'll start to get some September movememt!

I was jolted awake at 5am because I had a dream USCIS texted me that my case got transferred (alas, it was just a dream!) - sending good vibes to everyone here! :-D

I had to resist jumping up and down when I saw that they transferred through Aug 27 yesterday! Can't even imagine how excited I'll be when they start September.

What day would they do another transfer this week?

If they do another transfer this week, it might be tomorrow or Friday. I think it's been Tuesday/Friday for transfers? If there's another transfer this week, they should wrap up August.

Here's hoping they'll finish August and begin September transfers this week! If not, next week? Or is it possible they would take a break? I'm too impatient to wait and see what happens haha.

I think we will start seeing transfers at the beginning of March. Ish.

This waiting is killing me...

Everyone is in the same boat..We all feel the same..On a positive note, most us have already waited 5 months and once we are transferred in the next couple of weeks, the wait won't be as song (keeping my fingers crossed). Some of Apr/May/Jun/Jul are still waiting for their approvals..We are in a much better situation than them

I was telling my hubby about the transfers last night and said that hopefully we'll be transferred in early March!

It looks like they transferred up to August 27th last night! Sooooo if another transfer is done this week I'm thinking we'll start to get some September movememt!

Ahhh! Looks like my calculations were right! I'm glad I wasn't being too hopeful. So it looks like they've averaging 6 business days per transfer (the big ones anyway). Maybe the next one will be Aug 28 - Sept 4. :)

How long should it take to be approved after it gets transferred? Is there anything else we need to do if/when it does?

I got you added in :)

The column of numbers are the Priority Date, next to it will be the transfer date when that happens (people will comment here that their file was transferred and I'll add it in - this helps everyone else stay up to speed on what date USCIS is at). Next to that will be the location (which service center). For our group, I'm thinking most will go to California (CSC) and possibly Texas (TSC) - they seem to have caught up quite a bit. Hopefully no one ends up in Nebraska (NSC) as that one is painfully slow for some reason - I'm tempted to make a midwest joke here, but I'll refrain ;)

NOA2; this is the number we're all waiting for! Hopefully the column next to it (RFE - request for evidence) will remain as X's all the way down. If anyone has an expedited petition please let me know, but as far as I can tell no one in this group has applied for an expedite, which is why that column is blank.

Tran. to NOA2, that will auto-fill with how many days between transfer to approval/denial. NOA1 to NOA2, how long altogether it took to process. Days since transfer, that will also auto-fill. All the other data is stats on where the petitions are going, what's the approval rate and speed and such. This spreadsheet will come to life soon and it should all make sense, I hope! :)
